How It Works
We handle the selling — you collect the payout. Here's exactly what happens from start to finish.
We research the market and list your items at the highest price a buyer will realistically pay — maximizing your return without leaving money on the table.
Once purchased, we calculate the final value after Walmart fees, shipping, and any other deductions. For larger quantities, we may ask you to ship directly to a Walmart Fulfillment Center — this reduces fees and gets your items sold faster.
After all seller fees are collected, GCS Commerce LLC takes the agreed-upon 10% of the final value. Everything else goes straight to you.

By submitting a consignment request to GCS Commerce LLC ("GCS Commerce," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Consignor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. GCS Commerce reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
By submitting items for consignment, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of all items submitted, or have full legal authority to consign them; (b) all items are free and clear of any liens or third-party claims; (c) all items are genuine, authentic, and accurately described; (d) the items do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights; and (e) the items comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
GCS Commerce will receive a commission of 10% of the final net sale value. The final net value is defined as the sale price less all applicable marketplace fees, shipping costs, and any other directly associated selling expenses. GCS Commerce reserves the right to adjust pricing at its discretion to reflect market conditions.
GCS Commerce has full discretion over how items are listed, priced, photographed, and described. GCS Commerce does not guarantee that any item will sell within a specific timeframe, or at all. If an item does not sell within two weeks, the GCS Guaranteed Policy applies — items will be returned at no cost to the Consignor.
GCS Commerce will provide shipping labels and instructions. For larger orders, the Consignor may be required to ship directly to a Walmart Fulfillment Center. The Consignor is responsible for properly packaging items. GCS Commerce is not liable for damage or loss during shipping once items have been handed to the carrier.
GCS Commerce will remit payment via the agreed-upon method (PayPal, Zelle, or ACH Transfer) within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of funds. Payments may take up to two (2) weeks from the confirmed sale date due to marketplace holding periods and processing times.
GCS Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the net proceeds owed for the specific transaction in dispute. GCS Commerce is not responsible for marketplace policy changes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, GCS Commerce will remove unsold listings and coordinate the return of unsold items at the Consignor's expense.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Illinois.
